By accessing and placing orders on our website, you agree to abide by these terms of service, our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
All products sold are physical DIY craft supplies, including beaded pens, acrylic charms and loose beads. No digital goods, virtual items or arbitrage transactions are involved.
Customers may pay a deposit to reserve stock, but we will not start procurement or shipment until full payment is completed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders caused by pricing errors, out-of-stock raw materials or abnormal suspicious orders.
All product designs, photos and descriptions on this site are our original physical product content, protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying and reselling is prohibited.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. All transactions must go through the official checkout channel. Offline private transactions and third-party indirect transfers are not accepted.
We are only responsible for product quality issues of our physical goods. We are not liable for improper manual DIY assembly by customers.
These terms are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
